Unless you work out, you really do not need the extra salts, sugars and minerals. Drink water to supply your hydration.

350 – 400 calories is a lot of calories for a snack. Switch to fruits or vegetables. Watch the sugar content.

Green Tea
Watch for commercialized green teas because you are not getting true green tea extract. Get your own green tea bag and you will receive the most benefits.

Egg replacements
