Each year a representative from Midwest Laboratories attends the FEW – International Fuel Ethanol Workshop. Sessions started Monday, June 9, 2014 with a look at advanced techonogies in corn production. The dialogue was very interesting and the need to stay current on new technologies was reinforced.
Speakers were talking about the advanced features of drones, cover crops and soil fertility management.
On Tuesday, the focus will be directed on the operations of Ethanol Producers. In addition, some key note presentations will highlight the current state of the ethanol industry with respect to regulatory updates.
It is a great conference to learn more about an industry that continues to move forward despite many obstacles confronting it.
