Over the past few weeks it has really been apparent that sample paperwork is one of the biggest detractors from getting analysis performed and reported in a timely manner.

Consider typing out your informaiton. With everything going to scanning these days it is becoming increasingly difficult to read smugged writing and overall appearance of hand-written information.

If you are not sure what analsysis you need, call and ask. It is much better to have information correct from the start then to add it in or realize the analysis written on the piece of paper was not correct.

Also, consider listing the type of sample you are testing. Many times analysis is put in for a water sample, when in fact the sample is a sludge for example.

Getting paperwork correct from the start is the key to a succesful analysis experience.
